This global medical supplier had extensive customizations within their receivable application and collection processes. The team successfully completed the upgrade with upgradeable form extensions and personalizations, the use of folders, and eliminated the customizations for maximum future upgradeability. Gained knowledge in Advanced Collections and Trade Management-Claims applications.
