Accounts Receivables, Collections and Cash Management: Receivables, Collections and Cash Management lead for an 11.03 to R12 reimplementation project. Migrated the applications to R12 with multiple external custom systems. Eliminated two custom applications by implementing the Receivables setups for R12-Payments and moving external data points to Oracle. Overcome numerous data challenges with customer, transactions and Payments data from the 11.03 systems.

South America Financial Lead: Financial lead for an eight country rollout of Oracle Financials with Order Management and Operations. Managed a team of 12 financial consultants in various countries with unique operating and localization requirements. Worked closely with the client’s

corporate office and coordinated all phases of the implementation for each location.

Project Manager ERP Divestiture Project: Project Manager and Financial Lead on a multi-unit divestiture project involving complex integrated Oracle and third party applications. This global medical supplier had extensive customizations within their receivable application and collection processes. The team successfully completed the upgrade with upgradeable form extensions and personalizations, the use of folders, and eliminated the customizations for maximum future upgradeability.
